Tony Sroka

(MPL, MCIP, RPP, OPPI)

Tony is a recognized urban planner with over 35 years of experience working as a land use planning consultant throughout the National Capital Region and across Canada. He provides strategic planning direction to senior managers and individual clients within the public and private sectors.

As a professional planner, Mr. Sroka provides clients with the research and assessment of planning requirements, related development approval considerations, identifications of opportunities and constraints as well as assistance in the formulation and evaluation of various planning options, refinement of site planning concepts in addition to recommendations and implementation strategies. He has presented expert planning opinion on various development projects during planning appeal hearings such as the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT, and former LPAT, OMB) in addition to advising other private and public senior management agencies and developers.

Tony is a full member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) as well as being certified as a Registered Professional Planner (RPP) and member with the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) and Canadian Institute of Planners. He holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queen’s University.
